X-Ray Technician
Morristown, NJ

📍 Location: Morristown Medical Center – Morristown, NJ
📅 Start Date: 07/27/2026
🗓️ Duration: 13 Weeks
☀️ Shift: Days (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | Every Other Weekend | On-Call Required
⏱️ Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program
- NJ State Radiologic Technologist License
- ARRT Certification
- AHA BLS Certification
- Minimum 18 months to 3 years of X-Ray Technician experience
- Experience with GE imaging equipment
- Comfortable working in the Operating Room (OR)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout imaging procedures
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot radiographic equipment
- Coordinate daily imaging procedures efficiently
- Monitor imaging quality and recommend procedure improvements as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care
