Description

Facility Name: Trios Health Southridge Hospital

Floor: 2 North

Trauma Level: 3
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: Med Surg

• Shift: 12 hour Days
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 2 weekend shifts required in 2 week pay period
• Call Requirements: Yes
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (MUST have training in ACLS or some type of rhythm interpretation course)
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: Yes

• Number of Beds: 16 private rooms
• Patient Ratios: 1:4 with 1:3 accommodations for acuity
• EHR: Paragaon (McKesson)

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric, Adult

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: EKG/Cardiac Monitoring, Respiratory assessment and support, Medication titration, Active RN license
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: ETOH detox, Post PCI, DKA/HHS, Cardiac, GI, BIPAP

• Required Education: Associates/Bachelors
