ED RN - Yuma, AZ
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver timely, high-quality care. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while providing safe, efficient emergency care.
Position Overview:
- Permanent, full-time role
- 36 hours per week
- Night shift
- EPIC electronic medical record system
Shift Details:
- 3 days per week - 12-hour shifts
Compensation & Incentives:
- Salary range: $75,000 - $97,000 (Depending on Experience)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (For 2yr Commitment)
- 3 months provided housing. Relocation Assistance of $5000 for 1 year commitment, $10,000 Relocation Assistance for 2 year commitment

Requirements:
- ASN or BSN in Nursing (Diploma in Nursing also considered)
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in emergency room. Must have experience in Trauma Level 1 or 2 within the last 2 years.
- Current AZ RN license
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and assist with up to 100 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
