Description
HIGHLIGHTS:
- The traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
- The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Submission requirements: 2 years of previous experience [required]
- At least 1 travel contract completed [required]
- State license [required]
- BLS [required]
- NRP [required]
- Profile should include Driver's License [required]
- Work history/resume [required]
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
- License verification [required]
- Copy of required certifications
- References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- EMR: EPIC
Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility.
Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction.
