Description
- Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient RN experience
- Recent Telemetry / Med-Surg Tele / PCU experience
- BLS required
- NIHSS required
- Epic experience required
- Strong EKG/telemetry rhythm interpretation skills
Unit Details
Mixed-acuity Med-Surg/PCU unit with a typical 1:4–5 RN-to-patient ratio. The RN will read telemetry, manage general Med/Surg patients, and titrate limited medications such as heparin.
Experience with EKG, tracheostomy care, PCA pumps, wound vacs, and feeding tubes is preferred.
