Description
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technician to perform a variety of complex specialized tasks eminent in operating radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Successful Completion of a 24-mnth AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology
Current state licensure or certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
One (1) year experience in Interventional Radiology preferred.
Current BLS card.
Current physical exam, if required by state regulations or contract specifications.
Current TB test or chest x-ray.

Details of Assignment: BILH COVERSHEET ALL REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION: 10H Days with every other weekend required --- 10H DAYS ONLY. Straight IR only accepted for this position., *GE/Siemens knowledge*, Scrub and circulator experience, PREFER CANDIDATE HAS: Extensive thrombectomy device knowledge (PE/Stroke), Angio procedures such as TIPS, angioplasty ...Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology required. License Radiology MA License required., and Registration RT ART required. *Weekend and on call coverage are required Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered.
