We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in a thriving pediatric outpatient clinic in Placentia, California. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who are passionate about helping children achieve developmental milestones and improve their independence through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Job Details
- Setting: Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
- Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Assignment Type: Travel
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
- Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,500/week
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional impairments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall functional independence.
- Educate families and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience required.
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
