Description

Labor & Delivery (L&D) / OB-GYN Registered Nurse – 12-Hour Nights

Schedule: 12-Hour Nights (19:00 - 07:00) | 3x12 Shifts (36 Hours Per Week) (Note: The facility may consider 48 hours/4x12s for interested candidates).
Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract (08/09/2026 – 11/07/2026)
Urgency & Openings: Critical Order / Hot Job. 2 open positions available for immediate, rapid review.
Scheduling Logistics: Every other weekend rotation required. No on-call tracking listed for this position.
Cross-Consideration Policy: The unit is highly adaptive and will also consider pure Postpartum/Mother-Baby nurses in lieu of traditional L&D skill sets.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Required Certifications [IN-HAND]: Profiles must include all core maternal-child credentials at the time of submission:
- Active AHA BLS
- Active AHA ACLS
- Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Active AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
Licensure: Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license must be active and verified at submission.
Local Rate Rule: Clinicians classified as local contractors will be routed under the specialized local regular rate.

Clinical Scope & Unit Profile Family-Centered Matrix: Delivers high-acuity, family-centered perinatal nursing care across the full obstetric continuum. This includes managing antepartum medical conditions, active labor monitoring, vaginal and Cesarean-section deliveries, newborn stabilization, postpartum recovery, and specialized gynecological care.
