Description
Shift: 10-Hour Days
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to join our team. Candidates must have strong experience in Interventional Radiology only (Straight IR) with proficiency in GE/Siemens imaging systems, scrub and circulator responsibilities, and advanced vascular procedures. Weekend and on-call coverage are required.
- 10-Hour Day Shifts (Days only)
- Every other weekend required
- On-call coverage required
Perform Interventional Radiology procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Function as both Scrub and Circulator during IR procedures.
Assist physicians with a variety of vascular and interventional procedures.
Operate GE and Siemens imaging equipment.
Maintain patient safety and adhere to departmental protocols.
Participate in weekend and on-call rotations as scheduled.
Required Qualifications:
Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology.
Minimum experience in Straight Interventional Radiology.
Experience with:
GE and Siemens imaging systems
Scrub and circulator duties
Angiography procedures
Angioplasty
TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt)
Extensive experience with Thrombectomy Devices (Pulmonary Embolism & Stroke procedures).
Licensure & Certifications:
Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License (Required)
ARRT Certification (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
