Opportunity and flexibility with Jackson Nurse Professionals: The agency offers a variety of contracts and locations, allowing nurses to choose assignments that align with their lifestyle and financial goals. Cons Variable agency policies: Like many travel nurse agencies, pay packages, benefits, and onboarding timelines can vary by assignment, which can sometimes create confusion without careful review. Occasional administrative delays: Credentialing, start dates, or payroll adjustments can sometimes take longer than expected, though a proactive recruiter can help address these issues more quickly. Overall impression Working through Jackson Nurse Professionals has been a positive experience, especially with recruiter Derek Mastin guiding the process. He consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to helping nurses find contracts that support both their careers and their personal lives.
