Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room
Metrowest Medical Center
Locations: Framingham & Natick, MA
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 | 4 Openings | Full-Time Days
Join the Operating Room team at Metrowest Medical Center, a 296-bed Level III Trauma Center with 12 OR suites performing a variety of procedures including general, robotic, urology, orthopedics, breast, thoracic, and minimally invasive surgeries. We use Cerner EMR and offer a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- ADN or BSN required
- BLS required
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience or successful completion of a Periop program
- Periop 101 and PACU experience preferred
Schedule
- Day shift
- Rotating on-call weekends (approximately 1:4–1:5)
- On-call pay: $5/hour
Pay
- 1 year: $38.60/hr
- 5 years: $45.01/hr
- 10 years: $53.03/hr
- Up to $70.66/hr based on experience
Differentials:
- Evenings: 10% (up to $4/hr)
- Nights: 15% (up to $6/hr)
- Weekends: +$1.75/hr
