Job Summary
SHIFT: 730a-4P
DRESS/ATTIRE: Business Casual
Someone actually working in the trauma department and experience with the trauma registry, ACS standards, 2 digit vs 4 digit audit filters for the state and ACS and peer performance improvement amongst trauma surgeons. This is a very specialized department with specialized experience. Management experience is not what I am looking for. I need someone who has done performance improvement for a level 1 trauma center specifically for the American College of Surgeons to obtain a level 1 verification not for floor units and CMS. I hope that helps. That’s why I put on the questionnaire, registry experience required because that will rule out a lot of applicants and will tell me that they have experience in the verification process for ACS. Thank you.
