Location: Lebanon, PA
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Pay: 2100$/Week
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (Med/Surg/Telemetry) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care to adult patients with acute and chronic conditions on a medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring. The nurse collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring high-quality clinical and patient experience outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring of patients on Med/Surg and telemetry units.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely in accordance with hospital policies and physician orders.
Interpret basic telemetry rhythms and promptly report significant changes to the provider.
Document patient care, assessments, and responses accurately in the electronic medical record.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years
CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS & BLS required
EPIC exp required
RTO: MAX 7 days
WEEKENDS: EOW
CALL REQUIREMENTS: n/a
HOLIDAYS: will be expected to work 1 of 2 upcoming holidays and surrounding days (i.e. Memorial Day or July 4th)
FLOATING: will float to all MS floors and potentially rehab
