Description
UNIT: Emergency Department
CLINICAL INTERVIEW
Experience Required: 3 years of ED experience in fast paced ED
Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, basic knowledge of critical care drips and med administration, NIHSS experience – cannot obtain prior to start, TPA administration, blood administration, procedural sedation, code blue experience
Triage experience (strongly preferred).
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC. (NEEDED TO SUBMIT)
EMR: EPIC
Patient Types: Neonate to Geriatrics - all ED diagnoses seen
Heavy Mental Health population
Invasive Neuro, STEMI requiring Cath Lab – stabilized and shipped out to St. Luke’s. Trauma, include but not limited to: GSW, Stabbings, Falls, MVC
