🏥 About the Role – ER RN

We are seeking experienced Emergency Room nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Join a dynamic ED team where you’ll provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment for a wide range of emergency conditions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and assessment of emergency patients
• Provide care for trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and acute medical cases
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and life-saving interventions
• Monitor patient status and respond to critical changes
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge care
• Document all care accurately in Epic EMR 

✅ Requirements

• Active RN License (CA or compact eligible)
• Recent ER experience required (acute care)
• Epic experience within the last 12 months – REQUIRED ⚠️
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• PALS (AHA) – Required
• BSN – Preferred
