What You'll Do
Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall functional independence.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements
Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
Recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
