Requirements

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
