Job Description
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic assignment with Cypress Health Partners in Bourne, Massachusetts. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a traditional outpatient setting treating a diverse orthopedic population while enjoying all that Cape Cod has to offer.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, establish individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based interventions, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with providers and staff to ensure the highest quality of care. This position is ideal for therapists who enjoy orthopedics, functional rehabilitation, and building lasting patient relationships.
Pay Package Breakdown
- Housing Stipend: $945/week
- Meals & Incidentals Stipend: $407/week
- Taxable Weekly Wages: $813.76/week
- Taxable Hourly Rate: $20.34/hr
- Total Weekly Gross: $2,165.76/week
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to manage an outpatient caseload independently
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
