Job Description

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment with Pappas OPT Physical Therapy in Cranston, Rhode Island. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic treating a diverse patient population including orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and general rehabilitation cases.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with providers and staff to maximize patient outcomes. This position is ideal for therapists who enjoy orthopedics, patient education, and helping individuals return to their highest level of function.

Requirements

Active Rhode Island Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
Current BLS certification
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to independently manage an outpatient caseload
