Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- 18 months of combined permanent RN experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license required
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
