RTO after booking is not allowed, and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR ###****STRUCTURAL HEART SCRUB EXPERIENCE A MUST****DO NOT SCREEN IF THEY DO NOT HAVE IT****REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years' Experience REQUIREDTraveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time TravelerLocals Accepted / Rate Difference: YesSkills: Scrub, Monitor, PA Lines and Telemetry, Structural Heart & TAVR Experience****STRUCTURAL HEART SCRUB EXPERIENCE A MUST****DO NOT SCREEN IF THEY DO NOT HAVE IT*******RN HAS TO BE ABLE TO SCRUB FOR ALL PROCEDURES, NOT JUST DIAGNOSTIC***Cath Lab Procedure Experience: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, RotabladerCerts: ACLS, BLS,PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Skills: Circulate, IV Start, Conscious SedationCath Lab Procedure Experience: Watchman Procedures, Septal Closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter PlacementEKG Settings & Experience: Rhythm InterpretationCerts: ARRT Advanced CertJOB DETAILS:-TARGET RATIOS: 3 Rooms-SHIFT: 40 HOURS-Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks!-10 HR DAYS 4 x 10-HOUR DAYS, 07:00 - 17:30, Monday-Friday-Call Requirement: With Callback and Weekend Call Required*Call is one day a week, one weekend per 4 weeks schedule. And the number can fluctuate if a someone calls out sick.-Float Requirement: Floating could be required but would be rare (if traveler ever had to float, it would be to EP, but that rarely happens. Unit has a pt holding area inside of the Cath lab traveler may have to go to on occasion. But it is part of the Cath lab.)-Weekend Requirement: With Callback and Weekend Call Required*Call is one day a week, one weekend per 4 weeks schedule.
