REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Labor and Delivery / L&D experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Labor and Delivery / L&D) – [required]
- Nursys must state Active Iowa license at time of submission – [required] [document]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
- Driver’s License [document] [required]
- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS – [required]
- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS – [required]
- Certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses / AWHONN for fetal monitoring -- [required]
- Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program / NRP -- [required]
