Cath Lab (SCRUB) RN - 8hr Variable Days (16 weeks) - ThedaCare Appleton - Appleton, WI*Cross Posted with a Tech need - only 1 opening* **Previous travel required - 50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate in Neenah, WI **Contract Length: 16 weeksStart Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 40Primary Location: ThedaCare AppletonShift: 8hr Variable DaysShift times: 0630 and 0730 Start TimesFloat: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - Float to ThedaCare Neenah Specials DepartmentOn Call: Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response timeWeekends: As needed - due to callHolidays: As needed - due to callRequired License/Certs: WI RN & AHA BLS & AHA ACLSMinimum of 3+ years experienceRequired Skillset: Circulate IR, Cath & Structural Heart ProceduresPrimary Cases/Procedure Types: Cath, EP, IR, VascularNO NEW TRAVELERS - must have at least one completed contractScrub Colors: Provided50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles ofBilling: Sunday - Saturday8hrs unbillable orientation GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
