RN Psych/ Behavioral Health

Shift: 6:15 am to 7:15 pm

Certification: BLS (AHA)

CPI required but Facility can provide that class for them.

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Experience with de-escalation of patients with mental illness
Adaptable in learning Meditech/documentation needs.

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Behavioral Health Experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Admission/Discharges; ongoing assessments for suicidality and safety.
Nurse rounding to ensure all patients are safe and their needs are met.

Best personality Fit:

Team oriented RN
Willing and able to meet patients where they are.
