Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract Duration: August 23, 2026 – November 30, 2026
Schedule: Sunday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week
 

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a nationwide retail vaccination initiative. In this patient-facing role, you will administer a variety of vaccines, including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other CDC-recommended immunizations, while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer immunizations including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines according to established clinical guidelines.
• Assess patients before vaccination and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of all vaccinations administered.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and PPE protocols.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and store teams to ensure efficient patient care.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered service while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Adapt to changing workflows and vaccination demands.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization/vaccination experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• High School Diploma/GED (required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience administering high-volume vaccinations.
• Experience in retail, ambulatory, community health, or public health settings.
• Strong customer service and patient education skills.
