Description
Department: Diagnostic Imaging / Radiology – Ultrasound
Shift Options:
3×12-hour shifts: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Traveler's Choice
- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of Ultrasound experience
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ARDMS
- ARDMS Abdomen (AB) or ARDMS OB/GYN (either one is required)
On-Call:
- 2–3 call shifts per month
Facility Notes:
- Active Compact License accepted at all Swedish facilities.
- Candidates from other Providence facilities (excluding Swedish) are eligible only if they have been separated for at least 3 months.
Department Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
- Operate ultrasound equipment and obtain high-quality images.
- Assist physicians in diagnosing abdominal, OB/GYN, and other ultrasound-related conditions.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate documentation throughout procedures.
