Shift
Night shift, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend
Setting
Outpatient pediatric behavioral health
Patient Population
Pediatric and adolescent patients ages 5–21 with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and behavioral crises
Key Responsibilities
- Assessments
- Triage
- Medication support
- Crisis intervention

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Psychiatric experience within the last year
- 1 year of psychiatric experience
- Pediatric Behavioral Health experience
Preferred Experience
- Pediatric and/or psychiatric experience
Additional Notes
- Float pool assignment
- Works in psych pavilion, emergency department psych, and psych inpatient areas
- Does not float to PICU or NICU
- Fast-paced, multidisciplinary, family-focused environment
