Description
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU (Travel Contract)
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Variable (Day/Night Rotation)
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Level III NICU experience to provide specialized neonatal respiratory care. Candidates must be flexible to work variable shifts and float between departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington (WA) Respiratory Therapist License (required prior to submission)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- First-time travelers accepted
- Level III NICU experience required
- Experience with Nitric Oxide, Jet Ventilation, and Oscillator Ventilation
Schedule & Requirements
- Variable shifts (manager will attempt to maintain a consistent schedule)
- Floating required between departments
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call
- No block scheduling
- Patient ratios based on unit acuity
- 48-hour workweeks not approved
