Shift: Day – 5x8 Hours (07:30 AM – 04:00 PM) (Shift times may vary between 0700–1700 business hours)
Facility: Providence Alaska Medical Center
Location: Anchorage, Alaska 99508
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN Case Management experience in an acute care hospital.
- Pediatric/NICU experience required.
- Active Alaska RN License required (must be in hand for Auto Offer).
- Epic EMR experience required.
- Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, utilization review, and case management.
- ACM certification preferred; BLS preferred (not required).
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Weekend coverage every other weekend and floating within Case Management services as needed.
