Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment with a prestigious Stanford Health Care-affiliated facility in Pleasanton, California. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for critically ill patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Weekly Pay

Up to $2,835/week

• Taxable Pay: $1,176/week
• Housing & Meals Stipends: $1,659/week
• Based on 5+ years of relevant ICU experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms
• Manage ventilated patients and advanced critical care equipment
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Perform central line care, catheter care, and other critical nursing interventions
• Document patient status and treatment plans accurately in EPIC
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Respond to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions when necessary
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and professional standards
