Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience (required)
  • ED Triage/Cardiac Room experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and emergency decision-making skills
• License:
  • Active Massachusetts RN License (must be uploaded with submission)
• Required Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • PALS (AHA)
• Preferred Certifications:
  • ENPC
  • CEN
  • IV Certification
• Education: BSN preferred
• Charting System: Meditech Expanse highly preferred
• Transportation: Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Local Rule: Travelers living within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered

Submission Requirements

• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency (Nursing Pool) License must be included with submission (agency requirement)
• At least 2 specific interview dates/times must be included ("Anytime" is not accepted)
• Permanent address must be included in profile
• Complete work history
• Emergency Department skills checklist (within 1 year)
• One supervisor-signed reference (within the last 2 years)
• Massachusetts RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Scheduling & Time Off

• Maximum 5 days of RTO accepted (less is preferred)
• All RTO must be submitted with the profile
• Scheduling requests must be made at submission only
• Requests after submission, interview, or offer will not be approved and may result in a rescinded offer
