Description
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have L&D, PP, and antepartum experience.
Prefer being able to circulate the OR.
Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience.
No first time travelers.
Should be an excellent communicator, know chain of command and how to use resources.
Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes.
RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot? PPV only, NICU resource goes to all deliveries.
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) "4 x 12s 06:45-19:30 and 1845-0730.
No self-scheduling.
Can trade shifts, but manager to move around if needed RTO requests up front.
Weekend Requirements every other Will be working up to unit norms but not more than every other weekend.
Holiday Requirements We try to not schedule travelers but there may be an occasional time we need to do that.
Is there a call or standby requirement? no.
Travelers will be 1st to float can midshift float- can float at any time during shift to different units and facilities, whenever there is a need".
Scrub Color/Dress Code Scrubs are provided.
