RN (Registered Nurse)
Location
- Nampa, Idaho
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 12-hour night shifts
- 48 hours per week

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Idaho
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (3 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- STABLE
- Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- Mother-baby experience
- Experience attending deliveries and completing newborn care
- Triage experience
- Experience with magnesium protocols
- LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum experience
- Post Partum experience
- OR Circulate experience
Unit Details
- 14-bed LDRP unit
- 2 OR suites for C-sections
- 4 triage beds
- About 90 births per month / 1,200 per year
- Follows AWHONN staffing standards
- OB hospitalist available 24/7
- Neonatal NP available 24/7
- Anesthesia available 24/7
- RT available for troubleshooting
Schedule and Work Expectations
- No call required
- No minimum weekend requirement
- Holiday coverage may be needed during the contract
- Charge RNs do not take an assignment
- Resource RN and triage RN may start with no patients
- Travelers may not be guaranteed block scheduling
Floating
- Float to Meridian, Nampa, and Boise in primary skill set or as a sitter
Orientation
- 4 shifts of unit orientation
- Compliance and EPIC Curio assignments must be completed before start
Additional Notes
- Hospital-issued scrubs required
- No acrylic or gel nails allowed
- Radius rule applies: candidates must live more than 50 miles away from the facility
