🍎 Special Education Teacher | Oak Park, IL | $50/hr | FMLA Coverage
PediaStaff is hiring a Special Education Teacher for a 4th & 5th grade instructional classroom near Oak Park, IL! This is an FMLA leave position from August 24 – November 20, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
✨ Position Highlights:
- $50/hour
- Full-time | Monday-Friday | In-person
- FMLA Coverage: 8/24/26-11/20/26 (possible extension)
- Small instructional classroom with 7 students (potentially 8)
- Teach 4th & 5th grade reading, writing, and the NEW BRIDGES Math curriculum
- Paid training and biweekly collaboration meetings for the new math program
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Special Education
- Illinois LBS1 Certification
- School-based special education experience preferred
