Description
- 🏡 Home Health Registered Nurse
- 📋 OASIS experience required
- 🚗 Home visits throughout the Tucson area
- 🩺 Coordinate and provide skilled nursing care in the home
- 🤝 Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- 📅 13-week assignment with potential for extension
Requirements:
- ✅ Active Arizona RN License (or Compact License if applicable)
- ✅ 2+ years of RN experience
- ✅ Home Health experience required
- ✅ Current BLS/CPR Certification
- ✅ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
