Description

Pride Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's Home Health Program in a growing care team serving patients.

Job Description:

Position: RN – Home Health

Location: Delco, NC - 28436

Coverage: 50-mile radius from Delco, NC

Duration: 13-Week Contract

Local Pay: $50.00 - $52.00/hour (W-2) Plus Mileage reimbursement

Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,500/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)* Plus Mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive home health assessments.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized Plans of Care (POC).
Coordinate patient care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation and clinical records.
Provide skilled nursing care following OSHA and infection control guidelines.
Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, nutrition, and home safety.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, venipuncture, catheter care, phlebotomy, and other skilled nursing procedures.

Qualifications Required:

RN license
Home Health, HCHB, OASIS
