Description

Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.

 

Compensation:

  • Local Pay: $50.00 to $55.00/hour (W-2)
  • Travel Pay: $2,400 to $2,500 gross per week
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49/mile (from first patient to last patient)

Location: Durham, NC, 27703

Schedule details (hours per day/week): 8 hrs/day, 4-5 days/week

 

Productivity expectations: 25-30
 

On-Call/Weekend Requirement: On call as needed


Coverage Areas: Wake, Orange, Durham conties

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): M-F 8:00 AM to 04:30 PM

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled home health nursing care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments, managing an assigned caseload, completing OASIS assessments and documentation, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Deliver skilled clinical services including medication management, wound care, IV therapy, and laboratory specimen collection (PICC and venipuncture), while maintaining accurate documentation, meeting productivity expectations, and participating in the on-call rotation as needed.


Must have qualifications/experience: RN in NC and previous skilled home care experience.

What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? Wound care, IV skills, Lab draws via PIC and venipuncture.
