Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Kennewick, Washington
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week (3x12s)
Join Trios Health, a 111-bed teaching hospital serving the Tri-Cities communities of Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland in southeastern Washington. Trios Health provides a full spectrum of healthcare services, including emergency medicine, orthopedics, women’s health, pediatrics, diagnostic imaging, and critical care. Located in the heart of Washington Wine Country, Kennewick offers year-round sunshine, outdoor recreation, award-winning wineries, and easy access to Seattle, Portland, and Spokane.
Travel Requirement: Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates.

- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Openings: 1
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Call: None
Unit Information
- 14-bed Medical ICU
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Charge Nurse is free of patient assignments
- Patient Population:
- Adult Medical ICU
- Minimal cardiac patients
- Common Diagnoses:
- Sepsis
- Respiratory failure
- Limited cardiac cases
- Trauma patients
- Equipment:
- Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) – occasional use
- Electronic Medical Record: Paragon
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU experience
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- Medical ICU experience strongly preferred
- TNCC preferred
- Strong teamwork, accountability, and commitment to evidence-based patient care

This Cath Lab is only travelers at the moment and has locum doctors on rotation. Some days are very slow but there is also a couple IR doctors who does some easy procedures.
Cons
On call is currently 7 consecutive days on then you get 4 days off before going back on due to number of staff present.
