Description
- Masters Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university- Required
- Pediatric experience Preferred
- AZ Department of Health Services license (must be obtained prior to start date) Required
- AZ Department of public safety fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained prior to start date) Required
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Required
- ASHA certification or in clinical fellowship year (CFY). Required
- The team is looking for a speech therapist with infant feeding and ICU experience to begin in June/early July.
- This position is responsible for providing speech-language pathology services to a pediatric population, from neonate to adolescent, including evaluation and treatment in the areas of communication and swallowing.
