Requirements:

Adult Outpatient/Clinic experience
Experience with Nutrition Assessments/Reassessments and Protein Calorie Malnutrition
Experience with Enteral Nutrition (tube feedings) and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)

RD/RDN Certification and IL state license required.
