Description

Role: Travel LPN

Location: Concord, NH

Shift: 3 Pm - 11:30 Pm

Pay: 1800$/Week for Travellers

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care across assigned healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and committed to supporting nursing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Duties:

Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and documentation.
Support patient hygiene, comfort, and mobility needs.
Communicate patient updates to the healthcare team.
Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the required state.
Previous clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and schedules.
