Travel RN Case Manager
📍 Location: Mission Viejo, California
🩺 Specialty: Registered Nurse – Case Manager
📅 Start Date: 08/17/2026
⏳ Contract Length: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Acute Medical Care Management experience
- Experience performing:
- Care Coordination
- Patient Assessment
- Discharge Planning
- Treatment Planning
- Experience must be recent, within the last 3 months
- Prior travel nursing experience required (Hard Stop)
- Acute care hospital experience required
Charting
- Epic experience required (Hard Stop)
Licensure
- Active California RN License required
