We may ask contractors to sign up for on-call if needed.Weekend requirement? It could be required but generally our contractors have worked M-F.Patient population? Geriatric patientsExpected daily visit volume of 6/dayLocals ok

Requirements:

2-3 years home care experience required
Oasis documentation experience
Must have BLS, a valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle.
MD/compact RN license
