What You'll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence with daily living activities.
• Help patients enhance strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active Washington Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Recent Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
