Location: Greensboro, NC
Shift: 5x8s | Mid-Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Assignment Duration: 8 Weeks

Hours Per Week: 40 Hours
Job Description
BHS Workforce is seeking an experienced Case Management Registered Nurse for an 8-week travel assignment in Greensboro, NC. Partner with top healthcare teams while earning industry-leading pay packages!
Position Details
- Specialty: Case Management
- Schedule: 5x8-Hour Mid-Shifts (15:00 – 23:30), Monday – Friday
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- EMR: EPIC
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee utilization review, discharge planning, needs assessments, and ordering DME.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care in compliance with CMS guidelines.
- Manage patient transitions across acute hospital care settings (ICU, MedSurg, PCU, SDU, Obs).
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience in an acute care hospital setting (No first-time travelers).
- Licensure: Active NC or Compact RN License in hand at submission.
- Certifications: BLS (AHA).
- Skills/Knowledge: Previous Charge RN experience required; proficiency in EPIC required.
- Compliance: Must pass a required compliance EKG exam prior to start.
- Location Policy: Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible.
