We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Location - Marysville, CA Position - RN ER Schedule - Days and Nights available- 36 hours/week (3x12) Responsibilities<ul><li>Assess patients at intervals as stated in policies and procedures.</li><li>Protecting the patient from injury caused by extraneous objects and chemical, electrical, laser, mechanical, and thermal sources.</li><li>Performing interventions necessary to ensure that the patient's procedure is performed on the correct site, side, and level.</li><li>Communicating the patient's status to relevant parties throughout the continuum of care</li><li>Administering medications safely and correctly.</li><li>Evaluate the patient's progress toward attaining outcomes.</li><li>Document nursing care accurately, completely, and legibly.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>RN CA Nursing License is required</li><li>BLS and ACLS is required</li><li>At least 1-2 years of RN ER experience is required!</li><li>Will need Cerner and Epic Experience</li></ul>If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and want to be part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you!
