Job Overview
- Specialty: Radiology Technician
- Location: Boise, Idaho
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 4x10, Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM
- Holiday expectation: Must work any holidays that fall within normal work days
Required Qualifications
- Radiology Technician with 1 year of experience
- Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
- Driver's License
- Strong Operating Room (OR) experience
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, declination, or exemption
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
- Signed code of conduct form
- Signed confidentiality and information security agreement
- Signed integrity and audit services form
- Motor vehicle report dated within 30 days of start
- Color vision screening
- Proof of MMR immunity or vaccination
- Proof of varicella immunity or vaccination
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- Resume
