Join ATI Physical Therapy – Outpatient Orthopedic Opportunities in the Seattle Metro!
ATI Physical Therapy is seeking motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join its outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout the Seattle metropolitan area. Experience everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer while working in collaborative outpatient clinics known for treating orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and general musculoskeletal conditions.

Position Details
- Positions: Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Contract Length: 13 or 26 Weeks (extensions often available)
- Patient Population: Orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general musculoskeletal conditions
- Typical Caseload: Approximately 10–12 patients per day (varies by clinic)

What You'll Do
Physical Therapists
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic and post-operative conditions using evidence-based techniques
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinic staff
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting
Physical Therapist Assistants
- Provide treatment under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized plans of care
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Document treatments and communicate patient progress with the therapy team
Requirements
- Active Washington PT or PTA license (or eligibility for Washington licensure)
- Current BLS Certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative outpatient environment
