Schedule

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week

Job Summary

• Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, delegate, supervise, document care, and teach patients and families.
• Communicates pertinent patient and family information to the care team.
• Helps identify and resolve variances from patient goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

• May be asked to float to a lockdown unit
• May be requested to float to an equal or lesser acuity unit if needed
• Auto offers approved
• Overtime billed after 48 hours

Preferred

• Base telemetry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
