About:  Wisconsin Veterans Home at Union Grove is in need of an interim certified Dietitian to start asap. Open to hybrid if interested.

LeaderStat will provide housing and meal per diem with mileage reimbursement at the beginning and end of contract!

Shift/Schedule: M-F 8-5
 
Length of Assignment: 6-weeks with potential to extend
 
Position Summary-

Under the general supervision of the Food Service Administrator, this position provides nutrition services to the residents (members) of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at Union Grove (WVHUG) a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include regularly assessing member’s nutritional status; developing and implementing nutrition care plans; participating in interdisciplinary care conferences to ensure
compliance with state and federal regulations; providing individualized or group nutrition education; participating in performance improvement efforts; and maintaining competency and skills required for professional practice. The Dietitian-Clinical also provides support and guidance to Nutrition & Dining Services management staff.
